In this class Pam Miller from Charlottetown Farm will teach you how to make ricotta cheese, fresh chèvre and a bloomy rind cave aged goat cheese called crottin. She will go over the different types of milk and how they impact the cheese making process, supplies you will need, technique and other important components in cheese making.
We will discuss and taste each cheese as it’s made.
