DESCRIPTION:In this 8-week beginners ceramics course\, students will be int
 roduced to skills including throwing\, trimming\, and glazing. Basic forms
  on the wheel include cups\, bowls\, small plates and vases will be create
 d. As students progress\, slightly more complex forms and advanced techniq
 ues will be introduced. Each class will start with a demonstration by the 
 instructor\, followed by time working with clay with instructor supervisio
 n and encouragement. This class is for beginner students with little to no
  prior wheel experience at all. Includes 25lb clay and bisque firing. Glaz
 ing is an additional charge. Ages 18+. (Younger students (14+) may be admi
 tted upon request\, but parents would need to remain on our property durin
