 sometimes we even reclaim familiar\, even if unhealthy ways. We retreat to
  our comfort zone.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDampened with anxiety 
 and uncertainty\, we stop listening to one another. We isolate ourselves\,
  become separate\, and fail to have compassion. -Remember our collective h
 umanity. Rather than learn from those who suffered before us\, we relive h
 istories\, recycle patterns.\nWe can do something to change the course. -I
 n our lives\, and our shared history. We can open our hearts. We can liste
 n again. We can make healthier\, more connected choices. We can make broad
