 ul yoga weaver\, Stephanie Snyder\, co-creates this class with the world
  renown medicine musician\, Sahffi! In this one-of-a-kind experience\, stu
 dents will explore the interior of Self\, as they literally transition fro
 m light into dark and move into Winters‘ hibernation and refined Presenc
 e.\nThrough intention-setting\, movement\, yoga\, breathing\, meditative f
 ire ceremony\, journaling\, and music we will reflect on ways in which we 
 nourish to flourish. This is a playful interactive class inviting the stud
 ent to engage relationally within their practice and with one another. How
 ever\, you always have the option in your level of participation.\nA porti
 on of this class will be yoga to live music with Sahffi\, who plays soul-a
 ching\, heart-stirring music-as-prayer. At sunset\, observe an ancient\, m
 editative fire ceremony to honor the longest night of the year. Sahffi wil
 l lead us in a community song/prayer to close our time together.\n\nStart 
 the season off right with intention by joining Stephanie and Sahffi for 
 a powerful experience curated to cultivate meaningful connection\; love in
  your heart\; and the kind of compassion that conquers the coldest and dar
 kest of seasons.
