DESCRIPTION:In this class you will learn the ins and outs of a modern woodw
 orking shop. What tools do what and how to use them. Safety being key to t
 he long term enjoyment of any woodworking endeavors will be the focus for 
 all tools used. By the end of the class you should have all the knowledge 
 needed to purchase and take a raw piece of lumber and turn it into whateve
 r your imagination can come up with. You will leave this class with your v
 ery own finished item be it a serving tray or your very own custom clipboa
 rd! 16 or older (younger allowed with the presence of a paid for parent). 
 Do you have nut allergies- believe it or not but milling walnut lumber can
  trigger someone with nut allergies. If nut allergies are a concern\, waln
 ut will not be used during the class.\n\n$140 per person: $100 for instruc
 tion\, $40 for materials
